Tailoring rewrites real bullet points to match a specific job description — it’s built to surface work someone already did, in different words, not to add a title, employer, certification, or number they don’t actually have.
An application tracker
A simple board — Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected — so a job search lives in one place instead of a spreadsheet or a memory.
Interview prep — Elite plan
A mock-interview coach that asks role-specific questions and scores feedback after every answer, for behavioral and technical rounds.
A Chrome extension that fills forms, not applications
It shows the match score right on job postings around the web, and can fill application forms from someone’s own saved profile data. It stops at the Submit button — they review every field and submit it themselves. It never applies on anyone’s behalf.

Our privacy promise
You’ll see who has joined (name and email) and whether they’ve used Climbr recently — never a person’s résumé, match scores, or applications unless they choose to share them with you. Sharing is off by default. Climbr makes no placement-rate or outcome claims — the tracker reflects what a person marks for themselves, not a verified employment outcome, so we won’t hand you a number we can’t stand behind.

Is any of this live today, or is it a pitch for something that doesn’t exist?
The match scoring, résumé tailoring, application tracker, interview prep, and Chrome extension are all live today. Anyone can sign up free and try them individually right now — the free plan has caps (for example 10 match-score reveals and 5 extension autofills a week, and 3 résumé tailors a day), and interview prep is part of the Elite plan. The organization pieces on this page — one invoice for seats, invite links, and a coach view — are in development, not live yet.
Will I be able to see my clients’ résumés or scores?
Not unless a client chooses to share them with you. Sharing will be off by default, and a client can turn it off again at any time. Climbr doesn’t report placement rates or outcomes either — a client’s tracker reflects what they mark for themselves, not a verified result.
What will it cost?

No, and it never will. It shows a match score on job postings and can fill in an application form from a client’s own saved information, but it stops at the Submit button — the client reviews the form and submits it themselves, every time.
Do my clients need their own Climbr account today?
Yes, for now — each person creates their own account (free to start; some features need a paid plan) and uses the features above individually. Billing everyone under your organization on one invoice is the part we’re building next, not something you can turn on yet.
