# Climbr

> Climbr (climbrhq.com) is an AI job-search platform built on one rule: it never makes
> anything up. It scores live job openings against your actual resume and shows the
> reasoning behind every score. It never applies to jobs for you — its Chrome extension
> fills applications and stops at the submit button, which you press yourself.

This file is a plain fact sheet. Every number here is real and maintained by hand; the
live jobs count is deliberately absent because it changes daily — the homepage shows it
live.

## What Climbr does

- Match scores (0–100) for live job openings against your real resume, with the reasoning shown
- Per-job resume tailoring that stays inside what you've actually done — a figure not
  already in your resume comes back as a placeholder for you to fill in, never invented
- A Chrome extension that fills job applications for you to review and submit yourself
  (Chrome Web Store id: mahffalfkkdpbnfpkboeplcmijliefme)
- Federal (USAJOBS, including Pathways) and security-clearance job coverage, which most
  job tools skip
- Application tracking and interview preparation

## What Climbr deliberately does NOT do

- No auto-apply, ever. Climbr never submits an application on the user's behalf.
- No fabricated resume content. The tailor will not add a claim that couldn't survive a
  follow-up question in an interview.
- No fabricated marketing: no invented user counts, testimonials, star ratings, or
  outcome statistics anywhere on the site.

Signed out, each tool allows 2 checks a day; a free account raises that to 10 a day per
tool. The checks themselves store nothing; clicking a sign-up button from a tool carries
the pasted resume into the new account as its starting resume, which is disclosed next to
