24 new-grad roles for backend developer open right now. Newest first.
How we label these
We read each posting's own title. A role is labeled new grad when the title (or the employer's own job-type field) says so, for example "New Grad", "Graduate Program" or a 2026-2028 start year. Labels are automatic and can be wrong, so check the posting before you apply.
Match your Backend Developer resume
Climbr scores roles against the resume you upload and is built not to invent experience you don't have. Free accounts get one real match score plus 10 reveals a week; plans score more.
Roles whose own title says they are for new or recent graduates, such as "New Grad", "University Graduate" or a graduate program with a start year. A posting that only says new grads are welcome is not labeled new grad here. It may show up under entry level instead.
Do I need experience to apply?
That depends on the posting, so read it before you apply. Climbr can score a role against the resume you upload, and is built not to invent experience you don't have. Free accounts get one real match score plus 10 reveals a week (up to 15 after four one-time tasks). Basic scores the 15 jobs it shows, Pro 30, Elite your whole feed. Plans start at $20/mo.
